Damate Group keeps increasing milk production at the dairy complex in Tyumen region (the Tyumen Dairy Farms LLC). In the first quarter of 2020, the company's gross milk yield exceeded the indicators of the same period last year by 22%. For three months, the complex, located in the Golyshmanovo district of Tyumen region, produced 12.8 thousand tons of raw milk of the highest grade.

The increase in volumes is provided by commissioning of the third stage of the dairy complex and the planned increase in the number of cattle.

At present, the total number of cattle in Damate is 10.8 thousand heads, of which 5.4 thousand are cows. Today, the specialists of the complex accept on average up to 500 calving per month.

In 2019, the company completed the expansion of the largest dairy complex in Siberia, which envisages an increase in the dairy herd from 4.6 thousand up to 6 thousand heads, and the new facilities are being fully equipped with livestock at the complex. After reaching full capacity, the gross milk yield will be 150 tons per day or 55 thousand tons per year.

In parallel with the construction of the third stage, as part of a planned assembly of new capacities, Damate brought 1250 heifers from Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands in the course of three deliveries. This will significantly reduce the time required for the complex to reach its design capacity.

At the end of 2019, the gross milk yield in Damate amounted to 44 thousand tons, which is 36% higher than in 2018. 100% of the milk sold by the complex in Tyumen is of the highest grade raw milk.
