Damate Group, the largest producer of turkey meat in Russia, continues to increase turkey production volumes. In the first quarter of 2020, the company produced 35 thousand tons, which is 30% more compared to the same period last year.

The increase in production volumes is associated with the systematic expansion of the capacity of a vertically integrated complex for the production of turkey up to 155 thousand tons per year. Damate is completing this project in 2020.

The vertically integrated structure of the turkey production and processing complex Damate includes all stages of the production process: incubation capacity is 25.8 million eggs per year, 520 growing and fattening houses, land bank is 43.6 thousand ha, three elevators of one-time storage with a capacity of 210 thousand tons, two feed mills for 488 thousand tons of feed per year, Europe's largest poultry processing plant with a capacity of 155 thousand tons per year.

In 2019, Damate produced more than 131 thousand tons of turkey meat, confirming its position as a market leader. The company plans to produce about 155 thousand tons of turkey in slaughter weight in 2020.
