Damate opened the third construction stage of the dairy complex in Tyumen region

Damate Group opened the third stage of the most modern dairy complex in Siberia located in the Golyshmanov district of Tyumen region. The company completed the expansion that envisages an increase in the dairy herd up to 6 thousand milking heads and 11.5 thousand livestock places. After reaching full capacity, the gross milk production will be 150 tons per day or 55 thousand tons per year. The online grand opening took place on July 29.

The opening was attended by Governor of Tyumen region Alexander Moor, chairman of the board of Rosselkhozbank JSC Boris Listov, chairman of the board of directors of Damate Naum Babaev, Director-General of Damate Rashid Khairov.

The project was financed from the company's own funds and from the credit resources of Rosselkhozbank JSC. Investments in the construction of the third stage amounted to 1 billion rubles.

As part of the expansion, Damate built two cowsheds for 1,250 heads with a maternity ward, extended the cattle-driving gallery and increased manure utilization capacity. The facilities are fully equipped with technologies from leading Russian and Western suppliers.

"Projects of such a level can be implemented only by joining efforts of business, regional government, bank, local administration. Close daily interaction of all parties, the ability to solve the most difficult tasks operationally, focus on results are the key to the success of such projects", - commented General Director of Damate Rashid Khairov, - The project will ensure the development of the socio-economic sphere, increase tax payments, create new workplaces. And, most importantly, the residents of the region will be able to buy high-quality dairy products made from local raw materials.

As part of the planned completing of new capacities with livestock, Damate imported livestock from Germany, Denmark and Holland. The supplies were arranged in parallel with the construction of the third stage, which will reduce the time required for the complex to reach its design capacity.

For 14 years, Rosselkhozbank JSC has allocated over 73 billion rubles to Tyumen economy. 36 projects in the field of agro-industrial complex were implemented. Now we launched a new construction stage of the Tyumen dairy farms. Dairy complexes of this scale in the country can be counted on one hand. Such projects help to solve many problems. Rosselkhozbank JSC intends to continue to help Tyumen region in the development of the agro-industrial complex and the entire economy", - commented chairman of the board of Rosselkhozbank JSC Boris Listov.

Currently, the total number of cattle in Tyumen is 11.2 thousand heads, of which 5.8 thousand are cows. The complex will reach its design capacity in the 4th quarter of 2020.
