Indilight branded turkey meat products of Damate will appear in retail chains of Vietnam. The company received permission to supply turkey meat products to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in October this year. The first delivery 16 tons is scheduled for January 2021.

The company received permission to supply turkey meat products to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in October this year. PenzaMolInvest LLC (part of Damate Group) is included in the register of enterprises authorized for exporting products to Vietnam. The list is published on the website of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service. The first delivery in the amount of 16 tons is scheduled for January 2021.

In September 2020, Damate’s export department specialists held negotiations with Vietnamese partners, as a result of which the parties came to an agreement on the supply and further distribution of turkey meat products and Indilight branded deep processing products in the retail chains of the Republic.

To date, the assortment has been determined, work is underway on the preparation of design and adaption of consumer packaging to start deliveries.

The range of export supplies will include frozen products from turkey meat and offal. It is planned to increase the marginality by including in the range of deep processed products: smoked parts of turkey in vacuum packaging, sausages, sausages and hams.

“The agreement with the Vietnamese side implies a partnership on a long-term basis, Damate will supply the country with high-margin products in consumer packaging, which will be sold through organized retail. For the company, entering the Vietnamese market it is a systematic decision within the framework of expanding its export portfolio,” said Daria Laschenko, Deputy Marketing Director of Damate Group.

Damate began to develop its export direction in 2015. The company has permits to supply turkey meat products to the countries of the European Union, the Eurasian Economic Union and 49 other countries. In April 2020, Damate became the only Russian company to receive permission to export turkey meat products to Saudi Arabia. According to the results of the previous year, the company exported over 1400 tons of meat products. The largest volume of products was sent to China.
