All milk received for processing enters the milk receiving area that is equipped with 3 posts with the capacity of 25 tons per hour.
Each batch of milk is checked with the help of special equipment. A full analysis takes several minutes; data is stored on the computer.
Only after confirmation of the imported milk quality, it is sent for further processing.
