Two lines for the production of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt by ultrafiltration (UFO) were installed and launched, followed by packing on a thermoforming machine with the possibility of producing both mixed and double-layer flavors. These production lines produce high-protein products with a delicate texture and different fat contents.
