Damate increased exports of turkey and duck to China by 2 times in 9 months of 2024 tons in comparison to the same period last year. The company shipped a total of 8,300 tons of turkey and duck meat to China. Damate remains the largest exporter of turkey and the only supplier of duck meat to China.
In 9 months, more than 300 tons of duck were shipped from Rostov region to China, which is 100% of the total volume of Russian supplies. Thus, Damate is the only exporter of duck from Russia.

Following the results of 9 months, the company also shipped 8 thousand tons of turkey to China, 20% of which were supplied from the turkey breeding complex in Rostov region.

Damate has been exporting turkey to China since 2019. At first, the products were supplied only from the turkey production complex located in Penza region. At the end of 2023, deliveries began from the Damate turkey breeding complex in Rostov region. Since the beginning of 2024, Damate has expanded the range of meat supplies to China from Rostov region and started shipping duck. The organization of supplies from the enterprises of Rostov region allowed the company to significantly expand cooperation with Chinese partners.

"China is a key market for Damate Group. We were among the first companies in Russia to receive export permits to this country and began supplying turkey meat and duck offal. Now we are systematically increasing the volume of supplies, which indicates the high quality of our products and the stable demand for them from customers. I am sure that our cooperation with Chinese partners will expand," said Daria Lashchenko, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales at Damate.

Recall that Damate opened an export business in 2015. Today, the group's enterprises have permits to supply products to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and 34 other countries around the world.
