Damate Group has received permission to export turkey and duck products to Egypt. The products will be exported from poultry farms in Rostov and Penza regions. The company is planning to carry out the first deliveries in the nearest future, and systematic preparatory work is being implemented to start shipments.

Damate turkey and duck production facilities in Penza and Rostov regions have passed all the necessary procedures before the start of export. The permits will allow the company to expand cooperation and increase the volume of foreign supplies.

Damate specialists have done a lot of work to obtain an export permit. The admission of products to the market depends on the confirmation of the Halal safety status. After submitting the application, Egyptian IS EG Halal specialists conducted a full audit of Damate enterprises, inspected production facilities, studied technological processes and production organization, and checked all necessary documents. The experts highly ranked the Halal quality management practices and system used in the company.

Another important factor ensuring the admission of products to the Egyptian market is the certification of enterprises by the competent authority of the country in the field of veterinary safety. An important step for Damate was the successful completion of the audit by the inspectors of the Egyptian Veterinary Service.

"Egypt, as one of the largest countries in the Middle East, is definitely a market with significant prospects for the development of meat supplies. This region is the focus of our attention. The company has successfully passed all certifications and confirmed compliance with strict requirements from Egypt. The whole procedure took four years," said Daria Lashchenko, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales.  "The priority task of Damate has always been to ensure high production standards. Our poultry complexes fully comply with international standards in the field of quality and safety."
Recall that Damate opened an export business in 2015. To date, Damate enterprises have permits to supply products to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and 34 other countries around the world.
