For the 12 months of 2023, the export turnover of Damate Group increased by 29% and made up more than 4.7 billion rubles. The growth of the indicator is the result of active development of the export direction by opening new countries, increasing the volume of supplies and the assortment expansion.

Last year, Damate supplied turkey, duck and, for the first time, lamb products abroad.

The main export volume is turkey products: anatomical parts of poultry, natural semi-finished products and products of deep processing. Deliveries were made from the company's facilities in Penza and Rostov regions.

More than half of the total volume was shipped to the African continent. Traditionally, large shipments were made to the Persian Gulf countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, as well as to China and countries of the Middle East. In addition, Damate has began exporting anatomical parts of turkey to Hong Kong, Guinea, Niger and Maldives, Kuwait and Qatar.

At the end of the year, the volume of supplies from Rostov region significantly increased, by more than 70%. This was due to the expansion of work with trade networks in importing countries and the beginning of turkey exports to China.

Moreover, the company increased its supplies of turkey sausage products by more than 30%. The growth in volumes is the result of the expansion of the export geography due to the start of deliveries to CIS countries. The products are produced at the largest turkey deep processing plant in Europe in Penza region.

In addition to turkey, Damate exports duck products from the Rostov duck production complex. At the end of the year, the volume of supplies increased by 24%. The main supplies headed to Saudi Arabia and African countries. Middle Eastern countries remain attractive markets. New markets last year were Saudi Arabia, Maldives and Gabon.

In 2023, Damate also began exporting lamb products. The company shipped both whole carcasses and semi-finished products abroad. The products were produced at Russia's largest lamb processing plant located in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

Damate's plans for 2024 include further strengthening of export positions and development of sales geography.

It should be recalled, that Damate started its export direction in 2015. Today, Damate enterprises have permits to supply products to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and 33 other countries around the world.
