Damate Group was the first in Russia to start exporting duck to China. A batch of more than 20 tons was shipped to China by rail. The beginning of shipments and the experience gained will allow the company to increase the volume of duck exports in the near future.

Deliveries are being made from Rostov region, where Damate's duck production complex is located. The company plans to ship a wide range of duck by-products abroad on a monthly basis, meeting the standards of the People's Republic of China.

To start deliveries, Damate obtained a special export permit for China. The duck production complex was successfully audited and confirmed high quality and product safety, as well as compliance with all foreign government requirements.

Before the audit, a lot of work had been done to submit and analyze applications in the Chinese information system of company registration CIFER. Chinese specialists had inspected the production facilities of the duck production complex, had studied the technological processes and operation of the enterprise, and had checked the compliance of documentation with all requirements of the People's Republic of China.

China is one of the key export markets for Damate. The company shipped its first products to China in 2019 from the turkey production complex in Penza region.

The company plans to significantly expand the range and volume of products supplied to China in 2024.

It should be recalled, that Damate began exporting duck meat from its Rostov facility in 2021. The first batch was shipped to the United Arab Emirates. Today, the company supplies duck meat to neighboring countries, African countries, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
