Damate Group, one of the largest turkey producers in Russia, has started exporting turkey to China from Rostov turkey complex. The first batch of 25 tons was shipped by rail. Exports from Rostov region will allow the company to increase the volume of turkey supplies to China and expand cooperation with Chinese partners.

Damate received the opportunity to start exporting to the People's Republic of China from Rostov region thanks to obtaining an export permit in November 2023. The turkey production complex has undergone all the necessary procedures, including filing an application in the Chinese information system of company registration CIFER, a full audit of the enterprise and inspection of production processes by the Chinese party, as well as verification of all the necessary documentation.

Today, Damate's Rostov facility is fully compliant with international quality and safety standards and is already open for export to three dozen countries around the world, including EAEU countries, Saudi Arabia, UAE and others. This helped the company to be successfully certified and confirm compliance with the strict requirements from the PRC. The whole procedure took two years.

China is one of the key export markets for Damate. The company shipped its first products to China in 2019 from the turkey production complex in Penza region. Today, the company supplies a wide range of turkey products to this country.

In October this year, Damate's Rostov duck production complex was the first in the country to receive an export permit to China.

Damate opened its export business in 2015. As of today, Damate enterprises have permits to supply products to the Eurasian Economic Union and 33 other countries around the world.

The company began exporting turkey from the Rostov facility in March 2021. It is supplied to the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Abkhazia, Uzbekistan, Benin, Ghana, Liberia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Guinea, Kuwait, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea (Conakry), Gabon, Angola, Jordan, Maldives, Angola.
