Damate started selling Indilight branded turkey products to the UAE
Damate Group took part in Gulfood-2024 – one of the largest international exhibitions of food, beverages and HoReCa industry. The event was held at Dubai World Trade Center from February 19 to 23.
Participation in Gulfood opens wide prospects for cooperation: from expanding the pool of customers to entering new international markets.
This year, Damate's products were presented at its own stand as part of the general exposition of suppliers from Russia. Here guests could get acquainted with products from turkey, duck and lamb.
For the first time Indilight was presented at Gulfood, which recently appeared in Russia’s retail chains in Dubai. Under the brand, the company produces a wide range of turkey products: cut parts and offal, as well as products of deep processing, including grilled delicacies, hams, sausages and ready-to-eat semi-finished turkey products.
For the first time Damate presented lamb products of the BazarCo brand in the UAE. The stand also offered halal products from turkey and duck meat under the company’s own export brand Salima.
During the event, Damate held a number of strategically important b2b-negotiations and intends to actively increase the volume of export deliveries of meat products.
Gulfood has been held annually since 1987, and it is the largest and most influential specialized exhibition in the field of food, beverages, equipment for hospitality and culinary business. The exhibition is a point of attraction for experts and representatives of the business community of the global food industry. The event is especially popular with visitors from the Gulf countries and the Middle East, as more than 95% of food products are imported here. The Russian exposition at Gulfood-2024 was presented by 75 domestic producers of grain, meat, dairy, confectionery products and soft drinks.
Every year, Gulfood is attended by more than 5.5 thousand companies from 130 countries, and attend the event more than 130 thousand people from almost 200 countries. The total area of expositions in 2024 amounted to more than 127 000 sq.m.
