Damate turkey deep processing plant increased output by 33% up to 20.7 thousand tons in 2023. Sausages, bologna-type sausages, grilled delicacies and hams made up the bulk of production.

Damate Group turkey deep processing plant, one of the largest plants in Europe, increased its output by 33% up to 20.7 thousand tons in 2023. The main volume was made up of sausages, bologna-type sausages, grilled delicacies and hams and under the brand Indilight, production of which is made from 100% turkey meat of its own production.

The main increase in production volume is connected with the increase in demand and, accordingly, sales. The сompany constantly works on the expansion of its product range and distribution channels.

Deep processed turkey products are high in protein and low in fat, have unique flavor and are very popular with consumers.

Sausages and bologna-type sausages comprise the bulk of production - 64. They are produced in modern high-tech production facilities, which are designed to produce more than 120 tons of finished products per day.

Products from whole muscle turkey meat such as grilled delicacies and hams are also in demand among consumers. Approximately 7.2 thousand tons of these products were shipped to consumers last year. The products are produced in the ham shop with a capacity of more than 80 tons per day. Russia's first roasting line with subsequent slicing and unique robotic lines for ham cooking and cooling are installed here.

Damate significantly increased production of dry-cured delicacies. The volume of their production amounted to 130 tons and will continue to grow. A unique line for the production of dry-cured turkey products allows for the production of high-quality delicacies with a variety of flavors.

The turkey deep processing plant with a capacity of more than 300 tons per day is located in Penza region, commissioned in the summer of 2021.The enterprise uses advanced solutions in the field of deep processing, there are more than 500 units of equipment and automated lines from the world's leading manufacturers. The plant consists of five production facilities: production of ham products and sous vide products, production of bologna-type sausages, production of dry-cured sausages, ready-to-cook semi-finished products. One of the main advantages of the plant is a robotized product warehouse.
